In this study, we attempted to detect SARS-CoV-2 by terahertz chemical microscope (TCM) using the reaction between aptamers and antigen proteins to solve the problems of PCR tests and antigen tests that confirm CODIV-19 infection. If this technology can be developed, it will be possible to perform high-precision, fast, and simple inspections.
