[17p-A409-4] Generation of Plasma-activated Water Mist Continuously Producing Peroxynitrous Acid (HOONO)

We developed a plasma-activated water mist generator designed for continuous generation of liquid-phase peroxynitrous acid (HOONO) and low release of gas phase ozone. In the presentation, details of the plasma-activated mist generator will be shown with a correlation between HOONO generation and a sterilization effect and chemical reaction network of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species including HOONO.
