Strongly correlated insulating/superconducting states have been observed in twisted bilayer graphene, in which monolayer graphene layers are stacked at a certain angle. Following this, the strongly correlated transport phenomenon has also been discussed in twisted bilayer-bilayer graphene heterostructures, in which two AB-stacked bilayer graphene layers are stacked. In this study, we fabricated bilayer-bilayer graphene superlattice devices using folded AB-stacked bilayer graphene and investigated the carrier transport properties.
