[17p-D511-10] Molecular dynamics study of phonon transport of electron-irradiated graphene (2)

Using the molecular dynamics method incorporating the electron irradiation effect, we simulated the crosslinked graphene structure and analyzed the effect of the crosslinked structure between the layers on the heat transport properties. When the temperature distribution was obtained by setting the upper layer to a high temperature and the lower layer to a low temperature, the irradiation time of the electron beam became longer and the number of crosslinks between the layers increased, the temperature of the upper layer of the irradiated region decreased and the temperature of the lower layer increased. From this result, we were able to demonstrate the possibility of heat transport between layers through crosslinks as a channel.
