[17p-PA07-5] Effect of pre-treatment of melamine for synthesis of layered carbon nitride films
Keywords:layered carbon nitride thin film
Layered carbon nitride (CN) with a two-dimensional structure has photocatalytic properties and is attracting attention as a new semiconductor. CN films can be synthesized by the thermal condensation of melamine. CN films can be prepared with a high layer orientation using thermal CVD, while particles acting as impurities are deposited on the surface of CN films. In this study, heating and grinding were carried out as a pretreatment for melamine. The thickness of CN films decreased in elevating the temperature of the pretreatment between 300 – 400 ℃. The results of X-ray diffraction will also be reported.
