近年、半導体デバイスは微細化技術により、更なる高集積化と高性能化が進められている。一方で、高集積化に伴う発熱密度の増加やパッケージの小型化による温度上昇が懸念されている。本研究では、原子層堆積法で成膜したAl₂O₃薄膜を熱水処理することによって得られるナノ構造にPt薄膜を成膜し、放熱構造を試作した。ナノ構造が形成されることで表面積が増大し、放熱特性の向上が見込まれる。
