In this study, we create technology of optically-powered microdevices for implantable devices. In a previous study, we used a 0.35 μm standard CMOS process. We will try to shift to a 0.18 μm standard CMOS process because we will miniaturize our device and decrease power consumption. In this presentation, we will report circuits which were able to drive a red LED intermittently at 10nA and a testdevice fabricated using these circuits.
