We have developed two-terminal perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells. We have improved durability of the tandem solar cells against light by increasing stability of ions that compose the perovskite. A tandem solar cell was encapsulated into a glass cylinder and exposed to light under AM1.5G, 100mW/cm2 illumination without UV cut filter. Initial PCE of the tandem solar cell was 21.2%. Degradation rate of the tandem cell after 1000 h light-soaking was 9.57%. We have achieved the light-soaking stability of T90: >1000 h in perovskite/silicon tandem cells for the first time in the world.
