Keywords:organic semiconductor, temperature sensor, chemical doping

In recent years, much research has been conducted on printed electronics technology, which uses organic materials and printing technology to fabricate electronic devices. Currently, many temperature sensors fabricated by the printing method have been reported, but only a few studies have investigated the stability of the sensors. In this study, we aimed to fabricate printed temperature sensors with high temperature coefficient and high stability by chemical doping of polymer semiconductors using a solution method.
