[18p-D411-5] Visualization of X-ray Beam Using Augmented Reality(AR) Technology

Keywords:X-ray beam, Augmented Reality, Alignment

In X-ray imaging, the X-ray source, object, and detector must be accurately positioned (aligned) so that they are aligned on the irradiation axis, but the alignment becomes more difficult as the detector pitch size narrows. To facilitate the alignment of the X-ray beam, an X-ray trajectory visualization system using augmented reality (AR) technology has proposed: the positions of the X-ray source and detector are measured and imaged, and the X-ray beam trajectory is visualized overlaid on the real-world using AR representation.
