Using phage display, we have obtained 12 amino acid peptide aptamers that adsorb on CNTs. We also modify these peptides on the surface of cage-shaped proteins. We have previously reported that it is possible to measure their adsorption using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). Now, we tried to detect the adsorption of these peptides on a screen-printed carbon electrode using Cyclic Voltammogram (CV). It was demonstrated that adsorption could be quantitatively evaluated from the difference in redox peak potentials and the peak current values.
