[18p-E302-4] Real-time observation of peptide self-assembly on graphene using imaging SPR
Keywords:Graphene, Surface Plasmon Resonance, Peptide self-assembly
Surface functionalization and its control are key to achieve high selectivity in graphene sensors. In this study, we used imaging Surface Plasmon Resonance (iSPR) to understand the dynamics of self-assembling peptides, which have recently attracted much attention as a surface modification method, in a spatio-temporal manner. In the presentation, we will discuss the peptide sequence design and its effect on the electrical properties of graphene, based on the difference in the refractive index change upon the introduction of each peptide.
