Takamatsu City has been promoting "smart city Takamatsu" since February 2018. In Takamatsu City, IoT common platform was developed as a data utilization base, and it implemented from data utilization in the field of disaster prevention and tourism. In the field of tourism, GPS logger was attached to the rental cycle managed and operated by Takamatsu City, and in particular the behavior of foreign tourists was analyzed, and the purpose was to collect basic data for planning of tourism measures based on data analysis. In this paper, we report the implementation of rental cycle GPS log collection system and activity analysis of rental cycle in the tourism field.
