In this study, shear loading capacity of a steel plate girder after a heating and cooling process simulating a fire is investigated to understand the effect of a fire load on the shear loading capacity. In addition, a deformation correction method by using angle sections is used, and how the direction of an angle section affects the shear loading capacity is investigated.
