In this report, one impact test of small-scale engine model into reinforced concrete panel, symbolized as S4, reported by Sugano et al. (1993), are simulated using explicit dynamic finite element procedure ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The effects of the concrete model, and erosion criteria on the damage of the reinforced concrete panel are discussed.
