According to Standard Specifications for Concrete Structures 2007 "Maintenance" by the Japan Society of Civil Engineers, when the degree of deterioration of members is large such as corrosion cracks along axial steels, etc., nonlinear finite elements analysis is recommended in order to evaluate the performance of existing structures that have deteriorated. In this paper, a three-dimensional non-linear finite element analysis was carried out to grasp the load bearing capacity of the superstructure of the existing bridge, including the RCT girder that had deteriorated due to salt damage.
