[V-506] Examination of simple pumpability evaluation using vibration accelerometer in boom pumping

Concrete pump construction causes problems such as blockage because there is no method to check and evaluate the condition of concrete during pumping. Therefore, we propose a simple pumpability evaluation method using a vibration accelerometer, and its practicality is suggested. However, these evaluation methods are mainly evaluation of pumping using piping, and evaluation by pumping using a boom is not performed. Therefore, the vibration accelerometer was attached to the pump car with a boom, and it evaluated about the difference of the compounding condition and the cylinder tip shape, and examined the usefulness of the vibration accelerometer by a boom.
