JR トンネルは、1931 年建設、経年87 年のコンクリートブロック構造のトンネルである。新設する道路トンネルが、JR トンネルに一部並列する計画であった。そのため、新設トンネル工事期間中のJR トンネルへの影響の有無ならびにその監視体制について検討が必要となった。本報告は、それら影響検討および管理体制の検討について報告するものである。
