[VI-94] Development of measurement system “CEMEDAS” for solidification material content by hydrochloric acid heat dissolution method
Keywords:Soil improvement, solidification material content, cement, lime, Quality Control
The quality of soil improvement is managed by measuring uniaxial compressive strength. The problem of this method is that unconfined compression test requires engineers to cure the samples for a certain period of time. Moreover, if their strength were not enough, it would require a large amount of work to repair or reconstruct. To solve this problem, we developed the system to estimate the strength of improved soil from solidification material content. This paper reports the results of several examinations to develop “CEMEDAS”: the measurement system for solidification material content.
