[VII-106] Water level characteristics of Japanese crayfish habitat

As Japanese crayfish generally have less mobility than fish, the negative effects of runoff and lower water levels are usually expected. However, there is no report that clearly shows them. This study aimed to clarify the habitat factor of the Japanese crayfish, focusing on the time variation of water level environment. Based on the idea that the fluctuation of water level is a factor that defines the habitat of Japanese crayfish, we conducted capture surveys and environmental measurements.
