Expectation is sent to CCS which can control CO2 emission while generating electricity using fossil fuel as the innovative technology development that can balance climate change relaxation with steady supply of the electricity. As a risk factor of the CO2 underground retention to constitute CCS, I take up press fit performance of the retention layer, retention capacity, a leak, an induction earthquake and give an outline about the risk management for them.
