Keywords:Structural health monitoring, Road sign, Finite element model, Optimization calculation

In this study, we tried to construct a numerical model that reproduces the vibration characteristics of road signs, in order to clarify the fluctuation factors of the vibration characteristics of road signs. The data of the forced excitation experiment of the road sign and the finite element model constructed based on it were used. Although the model error caused by the difference between the experiment and the program and the objective function were examined, no correct model was constructed. Although the model error has some influence on the estimation result, it is considered that there are other main factors.
