Water temperature changes due to climate change can affect the life of cold-water fish. To generalize a model for estimating water temperature fluctuations due to climate change, in this study, we used observed results to estimate the outflow and water temperature at the small-basin level (basin area of 20 km² or less) using the LoHAS and distributed runoff model . The calculated values were calculated taking into account geological properties and atmospheric surface processes.
