近年の豪雨を受け，のり面への雨水浸透や浸食，表面崩壊等の防止として，張ブロック工や格子枠工等のり面工の設置が増えている．一方，これらののり面工は，狭隘な場所における施工性の課題や地震時挙動（重量物であるため滑動力増加）で不利な点もあり，過去には，高分子系遮水防草シートを用いた被覆工の活用が報告されている．筆者らはのり面の高機能な被覆工として，バサルト繊維シートとのり面に強固に定着させるくさびアンカーを用いたのり面工を提案している．ここでは，材料特性の確認および試験敷設を実施した結果について報告する.
