In the event of a large-scale disaster, where the urgent development of traffic measures is an issue, the SNS posting characteristics and reactions of "traffic services" are analyzed according to the development and progress of traffic measures. We analyzed the possibility of sentiment analysis by language analysis of Twitter postings on measures to secure public transport in Hiroshima, where road traffic infrastructure was damaged by heavy rain in July 2018. As a result, the contributor's emotions changed in time series in response to changes in the traffic network situation. By grasping this, it was suggested that it was useful as information when taking traffic measures in the event of a disaster.
