[IV-73] A Study on the Effectiveness of Foreign Language Guidance by the Spatial Structure of the Rest House

The number of foreigners visiting Japan is increasing year by year, and efforts are being made to improve convenience when foreigners use the facilities in each transportation mode. There is also a need to improve services for foreigners at expressway rest facilities. In addition, inquiries in the comprehensive guidance at expressway rest facilities include those for facilities in rest facilities, and it is considered necessary to improve facility guidance for foreigners. In this study, we considered the characteristics of the spatial structure in a rest facility house and examined the effectiveness of facility guidance for foreigners in a rest facility.
