Recently, "self-compacting concrete requiring vibrational compaction," which is expected to spread in order to improve productivity, has the characteristics of higher fluidity and superior workability than slump concrete. This concrete is required to ensure sufficient material separation resistance and to perform appropriate vibration compaction. In this study, the material separation resistance of this concrete was considered by use of test method for compactability using U-shaped container.
