It has been reported that even if the slump is the same, the material separation resistance and bleeding of concrete differ depending on the aggregate used. It is possible. In order to ensure the workability and quality of the lining concrete, the authors are studying a mixing design method according to the materials used, such as aggregate. In this report, we evaluated the effect of materials used on workability, etc., for lining concrete manufactured at ready-mixed factories in seven districts nationwide. As a result, it was found that the material separation resistance can be improved by increasing the volume ratio of particles of 0.15 mm or less contained in the mortar.
