[VI-181] Construction example of the propulsion method for construction of a small section underground structure while cutting the ground

非開削工法による小断面ボックスカルバートの構築において，従来の鋼板挿入・函体けん引タイプ（以下，従来工法．）の課題を改良した，鋼板省略・函体掘進タイプ（以下，本工法．）を，線路下を横断する水路の新設工事に初めて適用した．従来工法は，地盤切削ワイヤで地盤を切削しながら鋼板を先行挿入しボックスカルバート全周の防護を行う工法である．今回，新工法において鋼板挿入を省略し，地盤切削ワイヤによる支障物切削機構を刃口内に設置する改良を行った．実施工に適用した結果，軌道への影響を抑え安全に函体掘進が行えることを確認し，函体出来形も所定の管理値内で施工できた．
