In this paper, based on the analysis of the current situation in the small and medium-sized construction industry, we analyze the difference between the orientation of skilled technicians and the orientation of young experienced workers, and verify the effective method of technology transfer through video. In particular,Eye tracking surveys analyzed the quality and safety aspects of construction sites that differed depending on the experience and position of the engineer. As a result, the effective risk management at the construction site is attempted by determining the effective shooting point and shooting range.
