[VI-1126] Experimental research for practical use of Reinforcing Bar Binding Robot

In order to utilize the limited workforce in the construction site, where labor shortages are becoming severe, we have developed a rebar binding robot that do the rebar binding, a repetitive task. The problem that the binding motion failed due to obstacles was clarified by field experiments. To solve this problem, we developed a system for judging the binding point using a monocular camera, but it was difficult to detect certain conditions. Therefore, the system was improved by using a depth camera to cope with situations where it was difficult to detect with the conventional system.
