2. Registration and fee
You can pre-register online for the annual meeting until 17:00 (JST), August 18th (Fri.), 2022 and receive a discount of 16% on the early-bird registration fee and banquet fee as below. The fees must be paid at the time of registration by credit card.

◯ Registration cancellation and refund policy
There is no cancellation or refund after pre-registration. Please note that the registration and the banquet and transfer fees will not be refunded for any reason. If the annual meeting will be cancelled, the annual meeting abstracts will be sent by postal mail.
◯ Conference cancellation and notification
In the event JSFST must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or natural disasters, we will notify registrants it by email or through its website.
3. Guidelines for oral presentation
Abstract submission:Abstracts must be submitted only via the online abstract submission system in Japanese or English. The membership number and password are necessary for an application. For
Regular member, the membership number is written in the top right corner of the address label of the envelope, to which a bulletin for the JSFST will be sent. For on-line member, you can find the membership number in the e-mail regularly sent by JSFST Office. Please contact the following office if you have questions about your membership number and/or your oral presentation application.

Period for abstract submission:April 1st (Fri.) - May 13th (Fri.), 2022 (17:00 JST)
Corrections of the abstract will be accepted until 17:00 JST on May 20th (Fri.), 2022.
Presenting Speaker:As a first author, each participant will be limited to one“Presenting Speaker” role. This applies to regular members (including online members), student members (including online members), permanent members, and honorary members. As coauthors, participants have no such restrictions.

Young scholars and international session (e-poster presentation): The excellent presenters in this meeting, as scholars, students and researchers under 35 years old (born after 1987) will have an opportunity to give a poster presentation with the same content as a general oral presentation. Excellence Award for these researchers will be selected by the appointed members of the 69th Annual Meeting Committee and will be announced on the web site for the purpose of research information exchange.
In addition, based on the judgment of the members of the International Exchange Committee, the excellent presenters of international students will be selected for the "International Poster Award" at this meeting. Posters must be made in English.
・When applying for a general oral presentation on the convention support system (Confit), please check the “Young Scholars Session” research presentation column.
・If you would like to apply International Poster Awards, check the box for `` International Exchange Committee Review '' along with the “Young Scholars Session” at research presentation column.
