[S-25-3] 13 Years of the Ethical Issues Review Committee and the Challenge of Building a “Participant Panel”

She earned her B.A. and M.A. in Sociology from Keio University. After obtaining her Ph.D. in International Health from the University of Tokyo in 2002, she became an Associate Professor at its Institute of Medical Science in 2007 and promoted to Professor in 2013. She is also Team Leader of the RIKEN IMS Biomedical Ethics and Co-Design Research Team in 2023.
