Fee    ：Regular Early (dute: October 31) 8,500 JPY／ On-site 9,500 JPY

　　　　　   secretariat at least one week in advance if you will be
　　　　　   absent. In the case of your unexcused absence,
　　　　　   we may charge you the party fee later.
　　　　　   Please also be sure to contact the secretariat if you
　　　　　   will be absent on the day of the party.
