Technical Session:

The official language of the conference will be English. Poster Awards will be awarded to outstanding poster presentations.

The announcement of presentation acceptance

The announcement of acceptance and guideline of the presentation shall be informed by email in the beginning of August 2023.

Application Form for the Presentation (with short abstract)

1. At first, you create your account. If you had created an account previously
  in the Confit system, you can register in this meeting using an previous
  account. It is no longer necessary to create an account for each meeting.

2. The presentation is oral or poster presentation in English.

3. All submitted short abstracts will be reviewed and allocated to Oral or
Poster Sessions by the Program Committee, based on the authors’
choices.

4. The submission deadline of application form is
June 30, 2023, (Thu) 24:00 <JST>.
