We usually live in communication with others by words or some other way. But many of them disappear every time. We live in a world like this. I have been researching a question what designer can do through multiple practical activities from the perspective of "designing a comfortable place". One of them is a project based on the concept of "Care Dignity: Fostering expertise and pride in nursing care", which is an activity and tool design aimed at making AI (structuring knowledge of nursing care) into a tool at the nursing site [Kobayakawa 2021. ] I would like to report here what the designer can do, giving some examples of what I did in the project.
