This research grasps the current state of awareness and efforts for crowdfunding through a questionnaire survey targeting traditional craft producers in seven prefectures in Kyushu. It turned out that young business owners or next-generation business owners who have succeeded to the business will flexibly accept and promote the utilization of crowdfunding. Business succession may play an important role in the issue of survival of the production area.
