[4C-01] Attempts to Extract Know-How of Caregivers from Conversational Workshop
Extraction and Sharing of "Tacit Knowledge" Know-how in Support for Visually Impaired Children - 4
Keywords:Visually Impaired Children, Casual Conversation, Tacit Knowledge
Parents, caregivers, and educators of visually impaired children have been working on a variety of creative ways to help children with visual impairment. It is assumed that there is a lot of "tacit intellectual know-how" among them, and this study aims to extract and share such know-how. In the previous report, an interactive workshop was held for parents to extract know-how on childcare as "Oshaberi-chi" (tacit knowledge shared through casual conversation). In this report, we conducted two interactive workshops for caregivers and educators, compared the content of the previous report, and clarified the characteristics of know-how extraction and conversation.
