It is not easy for parents of visually impaired children to obtain know-how about visual impairment. This study used a chat function on an SNS that is not affected by time or location. As a preliminary experiment, we clarified the differences in conversation depending on the facilitator's involvement with the participants. As a result, we found that "presenting a topic" and "groping and digging deeper" were important to increase the volume of speech, and "building a relationship among participants" was important to encourage conversation and "groping and digging deeper" were used to extract specific know-how.
