[7B-06] Book Palette: A Color-Based Book Discovery System that Creates Exploratory Encounters with Books in Online Bookstores

The purpose of this study is to create coincidental and unexpected encounters with books that people would like to read in online bookstores without being limited by genre or author. We created Book Palette, which displays books based on the color ratio of the cover, from a palette created by performing a color scheme operation. The usefulness of the color-based book discovery system is discussed based on the results of an evaluation experiment.
