[2P21] Low-temperature synthesis of epitaxial LiNi_0.5Mn_1.5O₄ thin films

We fabricated epitaxial thin films of LiNi_0.5Mn_1.5O₄ on SrTiO₃(111) single crystal substrates. We suceeded in low-temperatue synthesis of epitaxial thin films, and found the orientaion relationship of LNMO(110)[1-10]//STO(111)[1-10].
