[1Ip02] Chemical structure of graphene treated by photoemission-assisted Townsend discharge plasma
We accomplished controlled modification of chemical structure of graphene by photoemission-assisted Townsend discharge plasma. The Raman analysis demonstrates that electric control in PATD can suppress the D band that represents disorder of graphene. The results suggests that PATD mildly modifies a graphene sheet and will help the development of electronics and photonics with graphene.
