[1P46] Growth temperature dependence of nanosheet structures on oriented GaOOH gel film surfaces
Nanosheet structures were fabricated using the oriented GaOOH gel film surfaces prepared by a two-dimensional gelation reaction. At temperatures between 22 and 28ºC, nanosheets grew perpendicular to the band-like structures on the gel surface. The nanosheets were grown in a layer-by-layer mode, and the monolayer thickness was 10 nm. Nanosheets with a thickness of 1-4 monolayers and a width of 1-5 μm can be fabricated, which is considered to be due to the supply of GaOOH molecules from the gel films. These results indicate that the oriented GaOOH gel films is useful for fabricating nanosheet structures.
