[2P49] Analysis of refolding process of proteins on lipid planar membranes
A mechanism of a (re)folded of protein moleculer on the lipid membranes is still now unclear. The present study using a single molecular tracking method demonstrated that a repeatingof two steps (slave diffusion and adsoprtion/desorption processes) occured in a refolding reaction process of model protein.
