Due to the global pandemic of COVID-19, MEMRISYS 2020 (International Conference on Memristive Materials, Devices & Systems in 2020) is postponed for a year until Nov. 1-4 in 2021 and renamed MEMRISYS 2021. To keep the momentum of MEMRISYS, this Online Mini-Conference is supplementally opened on 18-19 November, 2020 (Japan time).

At this conference, 13 invited presentations by world top-class researchers are scheduled in addition to opening and closing events. Everything is broadcast in real time or by video recording in part  on 18 November; on-demand viewing is available on 19 November. The invited presentations cover the finding, early-stage developments, recent progress and future prospects of the memristor and memristive devices and systems.
