Keywords:Tin deposit, Fault structure, Turning band simulation, Ore grade

This research investigates the crucial role of fault structures in ore mineralization and proposes an innovative approach for precise ore modeling. Utilizing turning band simulation in conjunction with an examination of fault structures, the study focuses on a tin deposit in Indonesia. The chosen site, known for its geological complexity, serves as a practical application of the methodology. By incorporating fault structures into the modeling process, the study aims to capture the spatial variability in ore occurrence, resulting in dynamic and variable occurrence probabilities. The outcomes reveal enhanced accuracy in ore models, underscoring the practical viability of the proposed technique. This research significantly contributes to geostatistics by offering a nuanced understanding of ore distribution in areas characterized by faulted geological structures. The findings hold implications for the mining industry, providing a more reliable framework for resource exploration and extraction in regions with diverse geological features. Overall, this work advances ore modeling techniques and enriches our comprehension of the interplay between fault structures and mineralization processes.
