Terms and agreements for Speakers at our spring or fall conference.
If you have registered as a speaker in any session at this conference, you are considered to have agreed to Declaimer and Terms for Speakers, Guidelines for Quotation, and Notes for Participation and Presentation.
Before registering as a speaker, never fail to check "Terms and agreements for Speakers at our spring or fall conference" by MMIJ Web-site.
Important points for Oral-presentation registration
(1) Oral-presentation's registration qualification
As a general rule, the speaker of the lecture must be an individual member of MMIJ.
Alternatively, the co-authors must include at least one MMIJ individual member.
It is not possible to give lectures only to students.
However, special sessions do not follow suit.

(3) Oral-presentation's time.
Speakers should strictly adhere to their allotted presentation time as follows:
- Special session : Depends on the session
- General session : 20 minutes as follows.
Presentation's time:15minutes, Q & A time :5 minutes

Presentation's time:12minutes, Q & A time:8 minutes
Hydrometallurgy / High-temperature materials processing / New materials
- Announcement of elapsed time
On the day of the lecture, the hall attendant will ring one bell one minute before the end of the lecture, two bells at the end of the lecture, and three bells at the end of the Q&A session to announce the end of the lecture.
(4) Oral-presentation's registration period (until 12:00 noon Japan time).
- Submission for Presentation registration Period: April 25, 2025 (Fri.) noon - June 18, 2025 (Wed.) noon.
- Uploading of Proceedings: Noon, June 19, 2025 (Thu.) - Noon, August 6, 2025 (Wed.)
(5) Oral-presentation's registration items
- Presentation Information:Title, All authors names and affiliations, Abstract (Maximum of 300 words), Keywords
- Proceedings:First of all, please read "how to write your manuscript".And you use template directly to avoid mistakes and read the instructions carefully.Template for the body of the proceedings of MMIJ's Annual Meeting / Fall Meeting.doc
- Finally, Convert your proceedings to PDF file and upload.
#The PDF files of the manuscripts uploaded will be reviewed by the committee. The committee may request revisions depending on its judgment.

I.Create an account for Oral-presentation registration
To register, one of the authors must create a conference account.
II.Oral-presentation registration
After logging in, register your presentation and you can change the contents (e.g., title, abstract, etc.) until June 18, 2025 (Wed.) 12:00 noon. (Japan time).
After this date, changes to the contents of your presentation will not be possible.
III. Full paper submission
Write your paper using the MMIJ template and save it as PDF file.
Log-in to your account and upload the PDF file.
Note: Changes are possible only until Noon, August 6, 2025 (Wed.) (Japan time). After this date, submission of papers will not be entertained but the authors can still present their work.

Manuscripts of at least one and no more than six pages, including figures and tables, in A4 size as PDF files.
#The PDF files of the manuscripts uploaded will be reviewed by the committee. The committee may request revisions depending on its judgment.
