Conference Registration and Abstract Submission

Please use the Internet to register for the conference (advance registration), to register for general lectures, and to submit abstracts. Please click "Application" on the website and follow the instructions on the screen.


Presenters are requested to pay the conference registration fee and the conference fee for 2022 by 17:00 on January 7, 2022 (15:00 on the same day for bank transfer). If payment is not made by the deadline, the application will be cancelled.

Please use credit card payment as much as possible to pay the conference registration fee.

Please note that if you pay by credit card, a receipt for the conference registration fee will be issued online in PDF format.

Please note that the second and subsequent issues will be printed as "reissue". If you would like a receipt in another format, please select the payment method by bank transfer.

Please use the invoice issued online at the registration site.

If you need a stamped paper receipt, please contact the conference secretariat (odokon2022@meiji.ac.jp) with the subject line "Registration Fee Receipt".

 

Registration for Participation and Lectures

Registration Period (Participation and Presentation): Friday, November 26, 2021, 19:00 - Friday, January 7, 2022, 17:00 (15:00 for bank transfer)
Registration period (Participation only): Friday, November 26, 2021, 7:00 pm - Thursday, February 10, 2022, 5:00 pm (3:00 pm for bank transfer)

In both cases, the deadline for credit card payment is 17:00, and the deadline for bank transfer is 15:00. Please pay attention.
The maximum length of abstracts is 546 characters for Japanese papers and 1092 characters for English papers. For details, please refer to here.

Conference fee (advance registration required)

General members: 3,000 yen (tax exempt)
Student members: 1,000 yen (tax exempt)
Non-members: 5,000 yen (tax included)
The registration fee is non-refundable even if you cancel your participation after payment.

 

For those who do not wish to use credit card payment

After completing the registration procedures on the conference website, please transfer the registration fee to the following account using the postal transfer form.

If you are an honorary or supporting member, please send your name and address to the following address.

 

For honorary members and supporting members

If you are an honorary or supporting member, you will be notified separately by the conference secretariat. If you are an honorary member who would like to give a lecture, please follow the procedures on the Internet as described above. If you are an honorary member, please select "Honorary Member" and if you are a supporting member, please select "Supporting Member".   
The registration fee for honorary members and supporting members is zero yen, but for the convenience of the registration system, please select the "Japan Post Bank" option at the bottom of the page (you do not need to enter your account information; the registration fee will be zero yen automatically).

 

Abstracts (printed version)

The printed version of the proceedings will be available as an option for this year's conference. For those who wish to receive a printed version of the proceedings, a fee (2,000 yen; shipping included) will be charged after the conference.
Registration period: Monday, January 10, 2022 - Friday, March 18, 2022
Payment can only be made by postal transfer, and the deadline for transfer is Friday, March 18. Payment will be mailed after the conference.

Abstracts

Abstracts can be submitted online directly from the registration site. Abstract submission method is the same for both general lectures and small meetings. Please follow the rules described in the abstract submission site.
