Presenters are requested to bring their own laptop computer or other equipment to the venue for oral presentations. Please note the following points.
Please bring your own laptop computer or tablet terminal. Please do not forget to bring a power cord. There are no restrictions on the model, software, or presentation format, as long as it can be projected on an ordinary LCD projector.
Please use HDMI or VGA (mini D-sub 15-pin) cables for connection to the projector; Mac and tablet users should bring their own conversion cables.
After the previous speaker's presentation, you will be asked to connect your computer. When connecting your computer, please open the projection file in advance (please start the slide show after switching the computer).
Please be sure to save the PDF data of your slides on a CD in case of computer malfunction.
Poster Presentations
As a trial, we have set two core times for poster presentations per speaker. One is from 9:00 to 10:00 and the other is from 13:15 to 14:15 on the same day. Please pay special attention to these times, as they are very different from previous years. Detailed information about the time for putting up and taking down posters will be announced on the conference website.
Posters should be A0 size (841 mm wide by 1189 mm high). The poster panels are a little small, so we ask for your cooperation.
A poster award will be given to a student member who makes an especially outstanding poster presentation. We encourage student members to make poster presentations.
If there are too many applicants for poster presentation, general members may be asked to give oral presentations.
