[OMC11-03] Detection of a polarized emission of fluorescent molecules on a plasmonic chip

More than 500-fold enhanced fluorescence intensity of Cy5 interacted with biotin immobilzed to the plasmonic chip was observed with the circularly polarized incident light. The prominent polarized emission of Cy5 was also observed in 480 nm-pitch plasmonic chip.
